Ron has been involved in the financial services industry since 1989. He was the managing partner of Raymond F. Book & Associates, P.A. CPAs, from 2017 until it joined with Savant Tax & Consulting in 2023, and a co-founder of Wealth Management Group, LLC, which joined with Savant.
Ron earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting and business administration from Delaware State College. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants (DSCPA).
Ron serves as treasurer of the First State Military Academy and is past chair of the DSCPA. He and his wife have three adult children, Paige in Orlando, FL; Tanner in Boston, MA; and Conner in Wilmington, DE. Ron enjoys spending time with family and friends, golf, tennis, and traveling. He has a passion for aviation and holds a license as a private pilot.
